Craig Mitchell founded Mitchell Corp in 1997, growing it into one of Australia’s largest bulk haulage companies before its sale to Toll Group in 2011. Recognized for his entrepreneurial spirit, Craig received the Ernst & Young Western Australian Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2006.

In 2018, he founded Newhaul, which he sold to Fenix Resources in 2022, subsequently becoming their largest shareholder.

Craig combines deep expertise in transport logistics and a proven track record of building successful companies, positioning him as a key driver of growth and a valuable leader for Warradarge and its stakeholders.

Stephen Archer

Mr Stephen Archer brings over a decade of renewable energy and hydrogen project development, financing and execution experience for energy projects across Australia.

Most recently serving as State Manager - WA for Lightsource BP – where he developed over 2.6GW of grid connected Solar, Wind and Battery projects, in addition to managing the multi-GW onshore renewable Pipeline

Brett Mitchell

Mr Brett Mitchell is a corporate finance executive with over 25 years of experience in the venture capital, capital markets, tech and resources industries.

He has been involved in the founding, financing and management of both private and publicly-listed companies.

James Mactier

Mr Mactier has extensive experience in the resources sector globally, including project evaluation and due diligence, project and corporate finance, equity investment and commodity and currency hedging. Mr Mactier worked for Macquarie Bank Limited from 1991-2015. From 1999 onwards, he was an Executive Director and Joint-Head of the Metals and Energy Capital Division Current Chairman of Regis Resources, Advisor to Resource Capital Funds .

John Schepis

Simon Allison

Mr Simon Allison has extensive global experience in the front end development of energy projects. He is a Chartered Engineer with more than 25 years in the energy industry covering offshore, onshore, oil, gas, LNG, CCUS and alternative energies. Mr Allison's current position is the APAC Regional Vice President for global energy consultancy Xodus Group.
